Should I train to failure until my main muscle fails or all muscles fail?

Guys, lets say we're doing a lat pulldown for example. Should i keep doing reps until I can no longer feel my lats working and then stop? Or should I continue even though, from this point on, I feel much more stress on my biceps and forearms? Because if I continue, I am now working, lets say...
