Reduce thigh muscle mass (photo)

I NEED to have super skinny legs...My legs are huge! I tend to have muscular legs. I was running 10 km an hour 3-4 days a week for 2 months and they never shrinked. I am reducing calories and JOGGING (not running) 8 km approx an hour every day to burn muscle. Any other tips? I hate my legs >:/ how...
