Push muscles emphasizes

Hi! So I've been doing upper/lower splits for some time and most recently I've been on Viking's upper lower split. My issue is that I feel like all my push muscles are lagging compared to my pull muscles. I want to put more emphasizes on these muscles for the time being but I don't really know...
