Looking to build muscle drop fat!!! Not sure how??!?!?

Hi .... im 28 yrs old 5-11 about 205-215lbs. Not a lot of fat but love handles are starting to form lol. I want to know how i can cut some fat build mass and be ripped!!! Im sure a proper diet would be the best solution but with my job(construction) its hard to eat every 3-4 hours. I thought...
