I tried bulking and ended up gaining too much fat. Now I'm working on losing it but i have horrible lifts (due to the lower calories). I'm not sure what to do. Should I be adding cardio after my lifts? What should my macros be? I'm just looking to lose whatever fat I can while putting on muscle
