How to lose muscle mass on upper body for females

Hi, I've been lifting for two years and I've always gone quite heavy. Especially on my upper body. My rep ranges were in the hypertrophy section for so long and didn't realise my upper body (Delts, traps and arms ) were getting larger than my lower body. I haven't trained my upper body properly...
