Muscle mass program on busy schedule

I can only workout at fridays and weekends. Suggest me some 3day programs for muscle mass and strength building. I would like to have 4main exercises bench press ,military press, squats and deadlifts while adding some isolation movemnts to those days like shoulder raises, dips or curls. Also...
