can I shred and build muscle at the same time?

So I've been wanting to shred and gain at the same time. I'm 180 lbs, 12%BF My diet consists of: Breakfast: 3 boiled eggs, protein cereal, 1 bowl of original no sugar added oatmeal with unsweetened almond milk. Lunch: Chicken and brown rice Protein shake
