So I did one of those body analyzers st the gym and it said I'm 24.7 % body fat. I was shocked. I'm 5 6 and I weigh 140-141. So I was wondering, if I decide to go on a cut what's the best way and if I lift hard at the gym and meet my protein goals can I still gain muscle and and decrease my body...
