I just turned 15, and I've decided to start losing my fat and gaining muscle. I workout everyday, and have increased a lot in muscle, but I can't get rid of the fat. I think the main reason is I don't like a lot of food, so my diet isn't that great. I'm also very short which makes me look fatter....
