my bf is around 20-22% and I have little muscle mass. some of my lifts are: incline press with 30 kg dumbbells for many reps bb row with 60 kg for many reps pullups with 5 kg hanging off my balls for many reps dips with a 20 kg plate hanging off my balls for many reps
