Want to build muscle and avoid acne

I have a dilemma with putting on weight. I get acne from carbs and I need them to put on weight. I was thinking of maybe just having lower amounts of carbs like 200-300 grams a day. Maybe see what types of carbs work best with me. Any Suggestions or responses from personal experience would be...
