Hey guys, I was reading up on the warrior diet and people losing fat while gaining muscle. Correct me if I'm wrong, but the way I could see it working is you fast for 20 hours, burning fat as energy. Then you eat right after lifting, so that your body has calories to build muscle while you sleep....
