Building muscle "NEW"

So I'm new to building muscle. Here is me currently Height-5"8 Weight-147 Body-slim I wanna get a more physique I'm skinny and no muscle whatsoever, not to big more of a slim tone body with muscle. What is my ideal weight should be and what are some good workouts I should do thanks
