Shed Fat While maintaining muscle

Hello, I have been 220 lbs and I have gotten down to 205 lbs, i just recently started keto and I am down now to 194 lbs. I am aiming for 185 in about 3-4 weeks. any idea on how to achieve that goal? i have done the 21 day bizzy workout before which I have had success with, now i am doing a 4 week...
