Splitting muscles or same day

Hey! Currently running 5/3/1 ( a version I found on here with more assistance ) and was wondering, would there be a benefit to do my main chest lift ( the 5/3/1 lift ) and the other chest exercises like incline, flyes, db press on the day I do Shoulder press, and invert it the same for shoulder...
