how do i lost 3lbs/wk while not losing much muscle

I'm 6'0 321lbs and I want to be about 230lbs by 07/17 I work out 5x/wk 1+ hr weights/ 4-5 reps 1+ hr cardio I want to lose the weight the fastest way possible but at the same time I want to do it safely how many calories do I need to eat daily
