Beginner full body routine for muscle imbalance

I recently started working out and I found my back to be very weak and my shoulders also roll forward. I checked out many of the stickies on this site about the different beginner and teen routines , but I wasn't sure which would be best for me with my imbalances. Should I make my own routine...
