Is eating a balanced meal (green veggie/lean protein/lo GI carb/good fat) every 3 to 3 1/2 hours better for you than fasting and getting your daily calories within a 3 to 4 hour window? Or is it as simple as calories in calories out per day/week/month etc? Maybe combining both?
