Need advice on losing weight and building muscle!?

I'm a 17 year old male who weighs 228 lbs and is 5'8. I'm doing ~30 push ups every other day for the past three days. I also do about 30 sit ups and curl a 15lbs dumb bell for 40 reps in each arm. I drink a lot of water, but also take in a good amount of protein. Any advice would be great;...
