I like high volume workout with supersets and dropsets sometimes and i am liltle confused about how many exercises per muscle group Chest and shoulder workout must be 4 chest 3 shoulders? or 1:1 ratio? Back and arms 4 back exercises and 3 for arms? Legs i like 5-6 exercises and 1-2 calves
