Routine for adding muscle

quick question can anyone tell me if im on the right track or overdoing it? my goal is gaining muscle, im coming off of a cut so im still a little under maintenance calories but increasing weekly. im just wondering if im not giving my body enough time to recover and grow? Mon- chest,triceps,...
