Trying to lose fat, but gain more muscle, what do you think of my plan?

I have thought of my own diet plan with protein, after reading a few articles on how to do so. Please share your thoughts, I came up with this plan on my own, so I don't want it to back fire. Thanks!! 7:40 AM 1 egg/2 egg white vegetables 10:15 AM kale salad with nuts 2:00 protein scoop...
