I have been recomping to lose some fat over my newly gained muscle, but my fat doesn't seem to be going anywhere. I was 215 eating 3000 cals a day 3300 cals on workout days, and workout 4 times a week. I am now 218 over a week fro, 215 and my forearms grew 1/4" and it doesn't seem like fat gains...
