what's the verdict on meal frequency vs fasting? (for fat loss while sparing muscle)

Can heavy eccentric training tear tendon/muscle?
I want to start including heavy eccentric curls in my bicep workout. If I do this can i possibly tear my bicep or the tendon?. I know it is more safer with compound movements like bench press, squat but I find it pointless with those movements unless you are rehabilitating muscle/tendon.

Muscle loss
I'm bulking in 4000 calories today was a rest day and I've only eaten just over 2000. Can u lose muscle mass in a day if u sky eat enough calories. I have a weird feeling in my left bicep. Can u lose muscle in a day?!

Building muscle but not losing fat.

Not lifting heavy doesn't give you good muscles?

How can I build muscle when my metabolism is real fast?
