Hey I m 15 and I lost like 20kg and now I wanna put muscle on but I was wondering what do I need to eat? A lot of protein? Is it that important? When I was losing weight I just had a calorie count to stay under but I m not sure with gaining muscle thanks in advance Also how much protein?
