Hey, My friend started talking about doing back 2x a week so i got an idea. What if you re doing every muscle group 2x a week except arms?No day for arms at all ... Something like this: Mon-Chest/Back Tue-Legs/Shoulders/Calves Wed-Rest Thur-Chest/Back
