Which program is the best for maintaining lean muscle?
Ive done a pretty good job of sculpting my body after a huge weight loss years ago. Im tired of doing the P90x routine though. What are some programs that I should consider to maintain lean muscle? Im not trying to build mass at all at this point in my life

Possible to lose fat while gaining muscle?
I weigh around 210lbs. Should I cut and get down to 15% big before I start bulking? I eat about 2500-3000 calories a day, I don't think I'll lose any weight eating 2000. Every time I've lost weight Ill eat 1200-1500 a day. I want to weight train, gain size, but also lose fat, is this possible?

How much muscle mass did you gain on your first year of serious lifting?

Muscle imbalance in arms
