Hitting muscles two times a week

Hey all, I used to do the whole hitting muscle groups once a week thing. I figured it was time to progress to two times a week. In the beginning I was seeing strength gains and felt energized. Now, over the past 3 weeks I have come to a screeching hault. I'll hit Chest/Back/Tris on Monday and then come in on Tuesday to do Legs/Shoulders/Bis and i'll be exhausted. Below is my split:

Monday: Chest/Back/Tris
Tues: Legs/Shoulders/Bis
Wed: OFF
Thursday: Chest/Back/Tris
Friday: Legs/Shoulders/Bis
Sat:OFF
Sun:OFF

Wondering if I am not giving myself enough rest in between workouts? It seems like I use a lot of energy for the Monday workout and then on Tuesday I am zonked. Just looking for advice if I should put a rest day after each workout? any advice would be appreciated. btw my nutrition is good, I am eating whole foods and plenty of carbs on workout days. (my profile pic is from 7 years ago bruhs, I've made plenty of progress since that one).

Loosing muscle mass on a cut - help!

I have weighing scales that give me my muscle mass and body fat % among other things.

I'm currently trying to cut from 64kg --> 60kg (I'm female)

It's going well and I currently weight about 63kg (139 pounds).

However, my scales told me I lost a pound of muscle mass last week?! And in general that it has been steadily decreasing!!!!

How can I loose weight while just loosing fat and not muscle?

I'm training for a half marathon so getting a lot of cardio in to help with the weight loss. And I eat on average around 130g of protein a day (is that enough?). Train x4 a week full body compound lifts.

Is it just inevitable that I'm going to end up loosing muscle mass? And if so I should just not worry about it until I've reached my goal weight and then can bulk up again?

Hydroxycut or Clear Muscle?

So I've been taking Hydroxycut for the past three months and I'm quite pleased with the results! I am wondering should I take Clear Muscle? I've been curios about this product, everyone says it works it works! But what exactly does it do? It looks like it just builds lean muscle? I'm also wondering is it something that I have to take all the time or can I stop at a certain point and be able to maintain what I achieved with it with just training/diet? I have somewhat of a 4 pack now and my love handles have considerably decreased. I weight somewhere around 150-155lbs now, can't be certain because the scales I'm using are broken :(

Just lol if you aren't confusing your muscles

Just lol

My favorite muscle confusion techniques are:

- Lifting with a blindfold and randomly grabbing weights, your muscles won't know how much they're lifting if you don't
- Lifting in different squat racks, sometimes different squat racks for different sets, sometimes different squat racks for the SAME set.
- Using a sharpie to mark all the dumbells the wrong weight
- Spinning in a circle before a set can also help disorient/confuse your muscles
