Belly Fat and Build Muscle Exercise.

Hi I'm a new member from India and i want to loose some serious weight. I workout only in the evening and also take Xtend BCAA and Dymatize Whey protein. I'm currently taking diet as follows.

Morning - 6 AM

Black coffee and 2 fibre biscuits

Breakfast - 8.30 AM

Wheat Bread with tomato, cucumber and onion

11 AM - Lemon tea with Honey or Watermelon Juice

Lunch - 1 PM

2 Chapatis/Rottis with tomato, cucumber and onion

Evening

During Workout BCAA and post work out 1 Scoop of Dymatize Whey protein

Night - 8.30 PM

2 Chapatis/Rottis

Please advise me to loose belly fat, i'm currently weighing 63 kgs. I'm also attaching my pics, please advise me on a diet to loose belly fat and what exercise should i do to loose belly fat and build muscle. Awaiting your reply...
