Losing fat but still gaining muscle and strength ?

So I cut sugar out of my diet for a month to see what happened to my testosterone levels and not much occurred, so then I did a month of eating sugary stuff (extra to my diet) just to kinda compare differences. Something unexpected and unlogical happened, I started losing fat ? This literally went against all my logic so I’m kinda confused and was wondering f anyone could explain for me.

I was eating the same amount of calories not including the sugary foods so if anything my calories were higher when I lost fat.

My program stayed the same and I also increased my deadlift and bench during this time.

Any questions just ask and I’ll answer because I wanna learn what I’m doing to do this.

Why do my pressing muscle group & legs grow SO much faster compared to my pulling ?

Title says all. It feels like i'm always platued with any pulling exercise.. its rare for me to increase strength...

I use the same tatics on my push/legs and they respond GREAT.. the pull muscles horrible!

My calves has a better time growing then my back... and everyone says calves are hard..??? Like what?

I train straight arm, vertical, horizontal, and barely now inverted (i dont think just because i miss inverted exercises for a while it'll cause that much a difference in overall strength)

Enough muscle

I’m 15 140lbs and about 5’8. I’m looking to shred because I have love handles and a bit of extra fat and I want definition. Do I have enough muscle to shred to look muscular if I shred? (consider my height and age): 115 bench, 160 squat, 215 deadlift, 30 lb Db curl
Thanks

If I only do deadlift, what muscles will lack behind?

I understand that (traditional) deadlift trains mostly the lower back, core and hamstrings, also a good amount of upper back and traps.

So just for discussion purpose, Say if I only do deadlift, after a period of time what kind of muscle imbalance will I develop? And will that imbalance worsen to an extend that i could injure anywhere due to the muscle in that area becomes too weak?

Or since deadlift requires the whole body engagement that just doing deadlift is fine for overall strength and muscle development?

Of course, assuming my form is perfect...

Someone on YouTube (Alan Thrall) said if one has anterior pelvic tilt, doing deadlift could make it worse, is this also true and I could develop worse anterior pelvic tilt?

Disporportionate muscles

I’ve just started to do some exercises. Mainly just push ups and pull ups (alongwith variations) for upper body. Not enough confidence or time yet to hit the gym =p. Anyhow I’ve recently noticed a considerable difference between the size of my left and right lat (right is bigger). My right biceps and triceps are also bigger but very minutely. How can i fix this? For example, how can i put more pressure on my left side than right?
