HELP!225lb 17 year old male wondering he is able to build muscle in a caloric deficit

Hey guys I'm a 17 year old male wondering if I'm gonna be able to build muscle(Hopefully significant amounts) while in a 500 calorie deficit. I had quite a bit of previous lifting experience at 16 I squatted 300, benched 205(could of hit 215-220), BB row 185x8 strict, OHP 135x2 and Deadlifted 310x5...
