Cant See Muscle

I've been bulking for 6 months and I've gone from 155 to 163 lbs. I've been sticking to a 5x5 bench press and have been hitting legs pretty well too (deadlifts, squat, etc.) I've gotten to the point where when I flex I can see muscle definition but when I'm my arms look skinny fat. Is this just...
