I have seen some guys in the gym, who exersise every day , seven days a week and gain muscle faster. They recover from their workout faster.
I have also seen some guys who can only exersise two or three days a week. They need time to recover from their workout. They also gain muscle slower then others.
Does that depend on genetics or exersises ?
