Hello guys, I wanted to buy MuscleTech’s NitroTech whey protein/lean muscle builder
It has 30g protein, 3g creatine and some BCAA s
My question is, I’m already taking 5g of creatine monohydrate, so, should I cut that intake since my protein shake has already about 3g of creatine? Or should I keep it going like always?
