Question regarding muscle imbalances

Ok so my left arm is 15 inches and my right arm 15.5 inches, I can do the same amount of reps with each arm but I want them to balance out size wise. Also, my left pec is noticeably (to me) bigger than my right. My question is, is there anyway to fix those imbalances? I feel like training only one pec or only one arm for a while would be stupid so if anyone has a solution please let me know.
