How to stop neck veins/muscles becoming too visible

Hi - new here and just looking for some advice as google is bringing up all the wrong things. I'm newish to weightlifting. I also do a little cardio and the weights I am lifting aren't too heavy at the moment. I've always had quite a thin neck and collarbone area with a few prominent muscles...
