You do not work out each muscle group 3x week on a Fullbody routine.

Correct me if I'm wrong but it seems to me a fullbody routine doesn't workout each muscle group 3x week. The argument is for beginners to go by a fullbody routine bc of this. That a beginner should be working out each muscle group 3x week. Now maybe that is true but what I don't think is true is...
