I'm 18, 5'10 and about 165 lbs. Ive spent the last 6 months getting out of that really skinny phase, and now I have an average amount of muscle and really good form on most exercises. Ive pretty much just been going to the gym, pushing myself for an hour and a half to two hours 5 or 6 days a week....
