Mind-muscle connection

I need help to establish this so called 'Mind-muscle connection'. Everytime I do sets like lat pulldowns specifically then I grow tired, I can't do another rep and can't feel the burn. It also applies to 'must go heavy' workouts. I need tips for this problem, thanks.
