Injured trap muscle

I have been lifting for a year and shoulders is my strongest muscle group. About 4 weeks ago I was doing cable front delt raises. and I was lifting really heavy and I guess my form was incorrect as I ended up using some traps. I had a real bad pain in the back of my neck, more on the left side....
