All my life since 16 to 40+ years old I've always had a physical limit around 140 lbs lean. I can get fat but I can't put on more muscle. I can lose the muscle and grow it back very quickly, as much as 20 lbs in a year. But I can not break my mass limit no matter how many years I put in to trying....
