Have SOME muscle, Have SOME abs. Have SOME fat Cut or bulk

I started my fitness journey as Fat, lost 50 pounds and became skinny. Went on a failed bulk (eating everything in sight). Cut down and here I am today. Am stuck if I should cut or bulk despite researching I need opinions. Want muscle but definately don't want to get any fatter. Extremely self...
